The same fight. A different day.
It starts with work, money, family, or whose priorities come first. Somehow, you end up in the same painful place.

DOES THIS FEEL FAMILIAR?
It starts with work, money, family, or whose priorities come first. Somehow, you end up in the same painful place.
Between meetings, travel, and responsibilities, you’ve become efficient co-managers of life. But time to simply be partners keeps slipping away.
You want to feel heard. Your partner pulls away. Both of you are left feeling misunderstood.
THE C.A.R.E. PARTNERSHIP METHOD
A structured approach to understanding emotional patterns, changing the way you communicate, and making room for connection within demanding lives. Four areas of focus, shaped around your relationship.
Identify recurring conflict, unmet expectations, competing priorities, and the places where connection has faded.
Recognise triggers, habitual responses, emotional needs, and boundaries with greater awareness.
Practise honest conversations, constructive conflict, shared expectations, and decisions made as a team.
Create realistic rituals for quality time, affection, and emotional check-ins that fit your lives.

MEET YOUR COACH
I’m a Relationship and Healing Coach and best selling author of Still Married. Still Lost. My work is rooted in understanding what lies beneath the patterns that leave people feeling disconnected.
Over eight years of working with couples, including Indian and NRI families, I’ve encountered the expectations, family dynamics, and everyday pressures that can make relationships feel complicated.
My journey began in pharmaceutical marketing, following a Master of Pharmacy from Manipal University. Later, running a marriage bureau brought me closer to the human stories at the heart of relationships. Today, I work with couples and individuals, online and in person.
Let’s begin with a conversation ↗WORK WITH SUGITA
Start with a conversation about where you feel disconnected, what you want to change, and whether coaching is the right fit. From there, explore personalised work guided by the C.A.R.E. Partnership Method.
You don’t need to arrive with all the answers. Ask Sugita about the session format, availability, and fees. You can begin as one motivated partner; the direction of a relationship also depends on the choices and participation of both people.

THE LIFE YOU BUILD TOGETHER
A shared life is shaped by how you treat each other, the values you live by, and the space you make for what matters. Whether or not children are part of your story, a lasting partnership can be part of the legacy you choose to build.
A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING
Yes. Sugita works with individuals as well as couples. You can begin by exploring your own experiences, needs, and responses without waiting for your partner to join.
Message Sugita on Instagram with the word HOME. Ask about availability, fees, the session format, and what you would like support with before deciding to book.
No. Coaching is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. If you need that kind of support, seek a qualified professional. If there is abuse, coercion, or danger in a relationship, prioritise your safety and specialist support.
You can reach out directly. The book is another way to become familiar with Sugita’s approach and begin reflecting at your own pace.
ONE SMALL STEP IS ENOUGH TO BEGIN
